Returns We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if:
- The item is damaged or defective upon arrival
- The wrong item was delivered
To initiate a return, WhatsApp us at +94 777 947 182 within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a photo of the item.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom, personalised, or engraved pieces cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective
- Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you within 2-3 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days via bank transfer.
Exchanges We're happy to exchange items for a different size or style subject to availability. WhatsApp us to arrange.
Damaged Items If your item arrives damaged, please photograph it immediately and contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
